Collin flicked up his blade to guard. "Excited, are we?" He commented as he parried the strike.

Scimitar stopped. "I am not allowed to assist you, then."

"Why not," Melany asked.


"Just finishing a job," The assain struck again.

Collin easily parried and immediately brought his blade back around.

The assain parried and struck with his knife.

"Answer the question why not," Melany asked.

Collin had to jump out of the way of that strike. "Alright. I'm calling foul play on that one."

Scimitar turned. "Opal is one of Void's most... frusterating adversaries. Fighting off assassins on her grounds would be frowned upon. "

"And your feathers parted by two dozen arrows isn't," Melany threatened.


"How so you never specified no hidden weapons," The assain found a loop hole.

"You've seen me snatch those projectiles out of the air. It takes less skill to out-fly them. However!" Scimitar replied. "If you can draw him away from castle grounds, I could assist."

"Because it's a given to any Mobian who's ever seen a duel." Collin muttered.

"Not where I happen to be from Knight Collin," The assain snickered.

"Fine don't expect me to save your feathers next time you get in trouble because if you haven't noticed the assains have targeted Void too," Melany warned him.

Scimitar sighed. "If I wasn't obligated to refuse, I'd be at the castle already. I appoligize."

The assain threw the knife at Collin then attacked.

Melany glared at him, "Huntress get Gavin back to the others I'm going after our parents's killer."
"You can't *cough cough* do this *cough cough* alone," Gavin spoke.
Huntress made a pitiful sound.
"You aren't well wough to come Gavin so let Huntress take you back," Melany started for the castle.
