Good morning, Kai greeted.
Melany was cooking breakfast, "Morning do you want deer steak and fruit for breakfast or eggs and fruit?"
Gavin smiles faintly as he checks on Hollow, "He seems a bit better."
"Good."

"I'm not too picky. Anything is fine." Kaladin said with a grateful nod before going over to do a brief check up on the two wolves. "Oh," He added. "Make sure Kai doesn't try to snatch food from you when your back's turned."

Huntress swipped at Kai as she tried to take a piece of deer steak.
"I think Huntress has that covered," Melany chuckled.
Hollow's breathing was a bit better as was the fever.
Gavin on the other hand is just a little weak but nothing unusal after what they went through.
Maria came bounding back into the clearing holding a homemade basket with berries in it.
"Good find Maria you found some blackberries," Gavin smiles.
Maria beams.

Kaladin nodded. "Those minerals seem to be working. You both certianally seem better than yesterday." He confirmed. "How do you feel, though?" He asked Gavin after a moment.

"A little weak with a minor headache but I know why," Gavin answered, "I kept watch last night."

"You didn't trade off?" Kaladin asked. "I wouldn't have minded--"

"You did enought last night," Gavin's voice was stern yet kind as if he was used to being in charge.

Kal nodded understandingly. "Alright. Try to sleep sometime during the day, at least."

"I will I promise," Gavin spoke.
"And I'll make sure he keeps his promise," Melany stated.

Kal nodded. "Good."
