she giggled even more. *yay! Rosie stupie!*
(she has... dumb moments. normally after focusing on a hard task for a while, like growing lots of plants or piloting a plant kaiju, or after suffering a panic attack, her brain shuts down and she becomes a stupid idiot who can only laugh, giggle, feel good, and do dumb stuff. it can be cute, but can be a problem if she gets too stupid. also, the effect can transfer to others around her, making them feel good and get a bit stupid, but theyre still able to function and think at a much slower pace. and while anyone around her can recover from the stupidness by not giggling and/or getting away from Rose for a bit, and takes a while for Roses brain to reboot and she becomes smart again.
in other words, shes dumb and can transfer the dumbness to others around her. and they can become smart much sooner than Rose can.)

she smiled back, the corners of her mouth leaking drool as her eyes were sorta dull and glazed over.
shes really stupid right now. it was so cute to watch.
