She waved back, sitting peacefully on the windowsill as she watched him leave.

He got his bag before he left, making sure he didn't look like a horrible mess. He felt fear in the pit of his stomach as he walked back home.

Bella was chill. Misery was chilling, excited for tomorrow.

Dex got to his house, weak at the knees as he noticed... the door was slightly open. He slowly opened it, trying to make a dash to hide in the bathroom. His uncle was right there, picking him up easily. "Ah ah ah, shut the door little Dex." He teased, using a leg to shut it as he put his nephew on the couch. He, unlike a normal person, got ontop of Dex.


"P-please get off." He said softly.

His uncle laid on him, shrugging. "Nah."

"You should listen to him, it's rude to not respect people's space. If you decide not to listen, well let's say I won't make your life any easier," A voice growled softly, voice low and aggressive.
The thing stepped out of the shadows, the shadows wrapping around it like a cloak of mist, except shadows. It's white veins stood out against all the black and it's sun looking eyes as well. It slowly walked forward, a frown on it's face.

Dex's uncle sat up, glaring at this new character. "He's in my costody, you can't tell me what to do to him and what not to."

Dex whimpered softly.

"Is that an excuse? Because then I guess your in my custody. So I guess you can't tell me what I can or can not do to you," ST said with a sly smirk.

(Just so you know my nana is visiting (until Wednesday), so I won't be on a lot... like not nearly as much as I am normally on)

Deric crossed his arms. "I mean legally. My sister and her husband died, so he's under my name now."

"Well legally under my law your under trail. Let's begin shall we. One boy, one soul and an thing, all say you should be punished for your sins. I, as the thing, agree. Boy, do you agree? Your mother sure does," ST growled stepped forward, not really seeming aggressive.

Dexter gave a nod, eyes begging and sad. The mention of his mother gave him hope for sure.

His uncle just so happened to be sitting on the boys lower body, so he couldn't move. "This is crazy, my sister is dead. She can't have a say anymore, and I don't see any trial or jurry."
