For a moment his Lycan showed, he winces, knowing his Lycan would take the challenge, forgetting this was his mate and not his opponent. He quickly changes the position, so he is now over Nick. He growls loudly, biting the mark harshly and tugging at it.

He growls loudly, possessively, suddenly shifting into his Lycan. He howls, biting the Lycan mark on the other side of Nick's neck.
