Kurt watched her carefully. "Humf. You're a pretty bad liar..." He said frowning. He moved to sit beside her looking into her eyes again. "That's not life... Telling someone you love them only to have you hopes crushed has nothing to do with life." He said without an ounce of emotion, sounding like a robot almost. He looked away from her closing his eyes with a sigh. "Katherine, I really do want to see where this could go, but I need to move on... I've been avoiding it for a few years now..." He said quietly with a sigh before lifting a hand to rub his eyelids, pushing his glasses up on his forehead in the process.

Keda couldn't help but smile a little against his lips, still not liking it. She giggled a little when he pulled her down onto a chair with him. She bit her lip as she looked into his eyes. "What's the difference between hurting you and not helping you?" She whispered leaning her forehead against his still looking into his eyes.

Katherine looked to the ground "only to you.." she said quietly. She listened, watching him rub his eyes. She smiled a little, it was a hope. Her eyes moved to the clock, it was almost time for her to leave. "K-Kurt, i ugh have to go to work..." she said quietly. "S-See you later?" she said even quieter, slightly leaning towards him to hug him good bye. Biting her lip, not sure if it was okay.

Will chuckled "you aren't doing either" he said with a smile, rubbing his nose against her lovingly. He really did love her. He held her tighter before letting go "now eat some food, your almost bones" he teased, poking her stomach gently.

Kurt turned his head towards her moving his hand to push his glasses down over his eyes. He smiled lopsidedly, it was a small smile but it was genuine. "What part of 'I'm buying you dinner' do you not get?" He teased slightly giving her a quick small hug. "Have a good day at work." He said before letting go.

Keda sighed smiling slightly as he rubbed his nose against hers. She tilted her head. "That'd be skin and bones thank you very much." She side giggling a little when he poked her stomach. She had always been good at making fun of herself, but that didn't mean she'd rather talk about it. "Besides those are your eggs." She said not really feeling hungry as she kissed him lightly before pulling away. "So, handsome, when do I get to meet that big family of yours?" She teased really wanting to actually know. She wanted to get approved by his sisters and mother as a suitable girlfriend... Maybe even wife one day. She blushed biting her lip at that thought. She must have been thinking about that old lady from yesterday...

Katherine smiled as he hugged her. Hugging him back tightly as he teased her, smiling more. Gently kissing his cheek before letting go. "Thank you Kurt" she said quietly, before rushing out the door. Embarrassed as she started down the stairs.

Will smiled before taking a bite of his eggs. Almost choking at her question about his family. She couldn't meet them, but what could he say. He didn't want to make her feel bad by not letting her meet his parents but it was a bad idea. He stared at her for a moment, not knowing what to say. "dont you have to work?" he said motioning to the clock.

Kurt was happy when she smiled his own small smile widening. He blushed when she kissed his cheek. He was a little tongue tied as he watched her leave his blush still there. He stood up looking around for something he could tidy up to surprise her before he'd have to leave for work.

Keda frowned her head drooping sadly as she looked down and Will's chin. "Yeah..." She muttered standing up and walking towards her door sadly, putting her feet in flip flops not caring that they weren't the right pair. She grabbed her purse from next to the door. "You know they wouldn't like me don't you?" She asked opening the door. She knew what the answer would probably be. She didn't want to come in between him and his family, she knew how important a good family was. She looked down at her hand that was on the door knob wondering if her dark skin that almost matched Will's eyes was to blame for keeping her from happiness again.

Katherine smiled to herself as she drove to work. Sitting in the work parking lot for a few minutes, scared to go in. Staring at the tall building. Slowly getting out of the truck.

Will stood up "No, no it's not like that.." he said trailing off. Going over to her and wrapping his arms around her. "My sisters would love you, they'd be so annoying to you though. You wouldn't have a second alone..." he missed them dearly but his parents, they were different. "I love you so they are going to have to deal with it whether they want to or not...it just they have i guess high standards..." he said quietly, meaning you had to be rich like them. Holding her tighter, he wouldn't let them push her away, he loved her and that wouldn't change.

Kurt made the bed for her and did the couple of dishes for her before taking his bloody clothes to wash and locked up her apartment. He couldn't help smile to himself a little. He had a date tonight... It had been so long since he had cared about a girl like he did Katherine. He got in his car driving back to his apartment to get ready for his shift.

Keda tensed in his arms a little. "What about your parents?" She asked a little sadly. She as sure by his tone they wouldn't like her in the least. "I... I could get a nice dress and act however I need to to make them happy..." She said thinking out loud. She had done that quite a few times before, only this time she'd be doing it for herself and someone she loved. "I... I don't want you to have to give up your family ties just to be with me..." She said quietly relaxing against him a little rubbing her face into his chest taking in his calming sent, her hands against his bare skin next to her face.

Katherine locked the doors before taking a deep breathe walking in. Walking up to the fourth floor asking where she was suppose to go for her meeting with her boss, she was a secretary for him. She turned the corner, running into someone, spilling their coffee all over them. Staring in shock "I-I'm so sorry, I-I didn't..." she stammered quietly. Completely embarrassed, she quickly tried to wipe it off before realizing who it was. She looked up at him in shock, it was her boss. "I'll pay for it to get it cleaned, I'm so sorry sir..." she said even quieter.
Her boss stared at her " it's fine, i have plenty of suits" he said with a bit of a laugh before going to a stern face. "Follow me, you need to get changed into your work attire" he said leading her up to his office.
Katherine shook a bit, terrified by what had just happened. Great way to start the first day, she thought to her self.

Will sighed, tensing "They um are kind of like that girl in the diner...the rich one..." he said quietly. He always hated how they treated people because they weren't in expensive things and such. He smiled as she spoke " you don't need to do that, I'm not giving up anything..." he said holding her closer. He loved his family but when they acted like that to people he hated it. He still didn't really want them to meet Keda, he didn't want them to judge her. "Are you sure you want to meet them?" he said nervously, blushing as he felt her bare skin on his. He rested his head on hers as he felt her hands on his chest, holding her as close as he could.

(I don't know what to do for Kurt. >.<)

Keda frowned tilting her head to the side her cheek over his heart as she stared at her dark skin. Why did this keep happening? It seemed that everything she wanted was held awa from her because she was black. "If you would rather not, that's okay with me..." She said quietly. "I love you Will and I don't want to put you in a uncomfortable position with your family." She said glancing over at the clock on her wall. "Damn. I have to go." She said pulling out of his hug lifting her head giving him a gently kiss before pulling away. "I'll see you tonight handsome." She said Looking into his eyes.

Katherine finally got to the top floor with an awkward elevator ride and a few stairs. She walked in the large office after him.
"Get changed" he said a bit roughly, Tossing clothes at her before sitting at his desk and beginning to type.
Katherine flinched a little before walking to the bathroom to change. Slipping out of her clothes and slipping on the new ones. They were a bit tight. She was about to walk out of the stall before she heard the clicking of heels. Backing up against the wall. Not paying attention till she heard her name.
"Did you see that new girl, oh what's her name?" one of them said to the other. "Katherine. Did you hear what she did earlier?" the girl answered, her words full of shock and anger. "No, what happened?" the girl Katherine recognized to be Lucy from her floor, responded. "She dumped Mr. Yagami's coffee all over him. What a klutz!" the other one answered coldly with a snicker. Lucy laughed "you better watch out, she got the men drooling all over. I bet by tonight she'll have slept with all of them. She's such a tramp." Lucy replied even colder than the others was. They both snickered as they walked out, not noticing Katherine in the stall, done with fixing their makeup. Still talking about things.
Katherine took a deep breathe, trying not to cry. Putting her clothes in her purse with another deep breathe she walked out of the stall. Holding in her tears as she walked. Pulling down on her skirt every few seconds, uncomfortable with how tight and small it was. Slightly tripping as she walked in the heels out of the bathroom, she never really wore heels.

Will was about to say something before being stopped by her kiss. He gently kissed her back with a smile. "Okay, I'll see if i can get off work early." he said as she left. He didn't really have a choice, she would have to meet them at some point. He sighed walking to the room to change and get ready for work. He had to get something for her to wear that his parents would approve of and that she liked. This was going to be hard.
