Kurt tensed a little from her touch before wraping his arms around her holding her tightly. He heard her say something but wasn't sure what it was. He was fairly sure she had said his name at the end. "What was that, Katherine?" He asked into her hair resting his him on her head holding her even closer.

Keda smiled swirling the fork around on the plate. "And this is the first time ever someone has offered to do my hair..." She added before mindlessly taking one more bite before putting the fork down on the plate.

Katherine tensed a little as his arms went around her before relaxing a bit, still afraid. Starting to shake as she stood there. "I-I...I...love y-you Kurt..." she said quietly, not opening her eyes as she slowly put her arms around his waist. Taking in a shaky breathe as she stood there, afraid of what he would say. Her arms tightening around him slightly.

Will smiled "well it will probably be more then once after this" he said with a smile. He missed his sisters and how they always made him do their nails and hair or something foolish. Even though he pretended to hate it, he loved doing things for them, they were his world and now Keda was a part of that world. He hoped they liked her but then remembered, he couldn't let Keda meet his parents, ever in fact none of his family.

Kurt swallowed hearing her say it again. He let out a slow breath. He didn't say anything for a while not sure how to respond. "Are you alright? Why didn't you answer me earlier?" He ended up blurting out before tensing. That was so the wrong thing to say. He held her tightly not wanting her to leave even with his stupid commit.

Keda smiled. "What was it like? Growing up in a house like that?" She ask, wanting to ask about loving parents but didn't know what Will's were actually like. She frowned a little starting to feel bad. Will had been so nice and listened to her complaining about her past, she hurt him and she didn't even bother to ask him about his past. Some girl friend she was.

Katherine closed her eyes tighter, he didn't say it back. Her body trembled in his arms. She felt his arms tighten around her, she couldn't move. Not really wanting to leave his arms but knew it was wrong. " Because of t-this ugly mess..." she said quietly, motioning a little to her hair, trying not to think about how he hadn't said i love you back.

Will chuckled "very...interesting" he said with a smile, talking about his sisters. He finished her hair and seen her frown "I haven't even gave you the mirror and you don't like it?" he teased, talking about her hair, trying to make her smile.

Kurt swallow while he waited for her to speak. he couldn't help but chuckle a little. "What mess? You look amazing." He whispered kissing the top of her head gently. "Please never do that again... You really scared me. He whispered holding her close.

Keda couldn't help but smile a little. It wasn't a big smile though. "It's not that handsome..." She said quietly. "Where does your family live?" She asked standing up in front of him giving him a small hug.

Katherine couldn't help but smile a little. "Your just saying that to make me feel better..." she said quietly, a bit of sadness in her voice. She tightened her arms around him as he kissed her head, it only made it harder for her not to think about how he hadn't said he loved her.

Will hugged her back "then what is it?" he asked, trying to avoid her question. He looked over her, trying to figure out what was wrong. He took the fork taking a bite before getting another fork full and putting it up to Keda's mouth for her to eat it.

Kurt chuckled a little, it sounding forced. "Well, I still think you're beautiful wheatear you believe it or not." He knew she was thinking about his lack of reaction to her saying the three words. He honestly hadn't thought he would hear them again, not ever. He wasn't sure if he could say them back to her yet either and he knew it was hurting her. He swallowed nervously thinking about what he could say. After a moment he cleared his throat pulling out of her arms, gently hoping she wouldn't think she meant he didn't care. "Come on, I have some coffee for you and it's getting cold." He said carefully wraping his hand over one of hers.

Keda bit her lip before he put the fork to her mouth. She carefully ate the food swallowing before smiling at him as she stepped closer wraping her arms around his neck loosely. "You don't have to baby me Will.... I'm perfectly capable of feeding myself." She teased a little as she messed with the damp hair on the back of his neck. "I'll answer your question if you answer mine..." She whispered not liking how he ignore her question. She just wanted to know anything and everything she could about him. She so far knew his name, his favorite colors, how many siblings he had and that she loved him more then she could process all at once.

Katherine smiled a little, her cheeks turning a light red. He thought she was beautiful? she thought to herself, snapping back to reality when his hand covered hers. Stop that Katherine...she thought to herself, following him, gently squeezing his hand. Thinking more about how he hadn't said he loved her, shaking her head slightly as if to shake it out of her head.

Will smiled "but your my princess, its my job" he teased. Frowning a little at her next words, he couldn't answer that and she couldn't meet them, ever. "A few hours away" he said quietly. "your turn" he said in his velvety voice, loving the feeling of her playing with his hair.

Kurt swallowed again leading her to the couch, gently making her sit down as he rubbed the back of his neck looking down. "Katherine... I... I don't know what to tell you..." He started sighing before handing her her breakfast. "I want to make sure you don't carry around thoughts you shouldn't have to think all day." He swallowed again looking up at the ceiling. "About what you said... I'm sorry for just brushing it off, I honestly thought I'd never hear those words again from a beautiful young lady." He said with a small smile looking at her. "I don't think I'm... Ready for this... I really care about you, a lot... I just still have some long over due healing to do before I move on..." He said feeling his heart beat faster as he spoke he swallowed nervously again. "You understand?" He asked looking into her deep blue eyes his slightly clouded over with sadness, anger and the slightest amount of fear.

Keda smiled slightly at him before he frowned. "Quit that." She commanded kissing him sweetly before pulling away. "It's my job to make sure you're always smiling..." She joked before biting her lip. "I just felt bad because I haven't asked you much about you... I kept talking about my own troubles, adding them to yours, without thinking about it... I know enough that that's not a good way to have a relationship." She said looking into his dark brown eyes.

Katherine opened her mouth to speak, nothing came to mind at first. "I-I wasn't thinking about that.." she lied, looking away from him before looking back at him, all emotion gone. "really, its fine, happens all the time. It's life right?" she teased, that was all a lie, she hated lying to him but she couldn't let him feel bad about it. It was her fault, she shouldn't have said it in the first place.

Will smiled "your fine" he said in his velvety voice before kissing her again. "That's what I'm here for, you" he said pulling her to sit on his lap, resting his head on hers.
