5/10 the eyes plus the mouth with the lipstick really just freak me out. Hair doesn't help either. Vorkid webbing there I like BUT with the top being blue and the bottom green with pink shoes reminDS me of a rainbow throwing up.

I like the background though.

6/10 she was being rather blunt(and a touch rude) BUT I slightly agree with her, plus hair does matter :D

Try making your eyes a softer blue(or purple to match the flowers you are holding), get different lips, get rid of the blush, switch the blue top to pink and the pink shoes to blue. Try that ;)

Wow, when I first looked at your outfit I wasn't sure but I really love the whole toxic mermaid look.

9/10 because as much as I love it, it doesn't feel perfect to me.
