She realizes she was holding his hand and grew nervous,she didn't know how him felt about it but she said nothing to him about it, it was comforting for her,it was much better than a claw mark

William realizing that he was still holding Maple's hand. He didn't let go because it felt like he was comforting her in some way. "I will get your parents mister William," Tim said after putting the supplies away and throwing away the cloth that has blood on it.

"You can sleep in the guest room that is near my room if you want Miss. Maple," William said. Tim left the room to get William's parent's.

William stayed silent as well. The door open and William's mother and father comes in the room. "Son why is there a hurt girl," Mother asked with politeness. William looked up at his mother and said, "Mother this is Miss. Maple the lady I was telling you about that I met at the ball. She got hurt by a bear and I asked Mr. Tim to help patch her up." William's mother sighed and said, "You will always help a lady in need," William's father asked, "Son how long will she be staying because I can see that you two are friends correct?" William replied, "Yes father Miss. Maple will stay for a few weeks while the wound heals,"

Maple had stayed silent letting them talk, she was always tought not to but in to a conversation when not needed so she didn't,

William's mother gently looked at Maple and asked her, "Has my son been treating you right my dear?" William and his father is talking about politics in the kingdoms.
