The handwriting is very rushed. In fact, it's almost impossible to read. Taking a very close glimpse, you can barely make it out.

Latif looked back and forth from the two sylesties, uncertain of which one would attempt to attack. She could guess the Kelpari would not attack unless she got close, but that Qitari... Beside her, Amira growled, lowering her head threateningly so that the sharp horns were pointed more forward than upward. She was ready to charge and protect her tamer if need be.
