"Oh. Well our monsters- some of them, at least- aren't too difficult to kill." Micah crossed his arms. "Most of them are pretty hard though. Especially cause I suck at fighting."

Ray shakes his head, "Then we're in the same boat buddy." He leans back, using his arms to support himself upright. His mind never stopped thinking, always trying to figure it out, solving it one way before finding the fault and working backwards to try and work it out. "Heh, well, I guess I've warned you about the upcoming monster wave, and that means you guys should be fine in keeping them away. I mean you guys as in not just you and the ones I know but the whole camp, so there's more of a chance you can be successful. Which means I should get going and doing my part, keeping the monsters I know away." He gets up and shakes his head. "I could have just skipped this whole thing and let you guys figure it out yourself and I would still be working solo without a care in the world."

Micah frowned. "I disagree. We would've probably been screwed if you hadn't come to warn us. So.. thank you." Micah got up. "Do you-"

Micah was cut off by Janet and Silvia joining them, Janet running to Ray's side and hugging him. "Hi, Ray!" The redhead chirped. Silvia just smiled and waved at him, breathless from chasing after Janet.

Ray listens to Micah before Janet almost knocked him over with a hug. He got his arms out of Janet's grip on order to hug her back. "Hiya, Janet." He smiles at Janet and waves to Silvia. "Hey there Silvia." He gave Micah an apologetic smile before offering to resume this conversation later if he wanted.

Micah nodded, smiling. Silvia raised one eyebrow. "Did I miss something?" She put her hands on her hips, looking between Ray and Micah.

"Yes. You missed the sun rising, the song of the stellar jay and the mocking bird. You also missed the conversation we were having. It was about plans for war against the monsters." Ray says.

Silvia frowned. "Oh. Boring."
Micah rolled his eyes and gave Ray a "is she serious?" look.

Ray laughs at the combination of this and shrugs to Micah and grins at Silvia. "What were you expecting from a duo of completely serious teenagers? A sudden cure to cancer?" He paused and shakes his head. "If only we could do that."

"Well that would be ideal, but I was hoping for gossip." Silvia shrugged. Micah shook his head. "You always are, huh?"
"Yep!" Silvia beamed at Micah, who looked away to hide his amusement.

"Gossip? Um, pardon me for asking, but... What's that?" Ray asks. He's lived under a pretty large boulder during his life. He didn't interact with others enough to know a few simple things. He knew what gossip was, but had never known there was a name for it.
