Marco cried out in shock,his eyes lighting up defensively because usually if he was tackled it was because it was an attack.

"Ha! Gotcha! You jumped sooo bad!"
Drake was laughing hysterically, looking at Marco's bewildered expression.

Marco calmed down a bit,his eyes darting to the side a bit as they grayed ever so slightly at the edges of the purple color,one of his hands going up and rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. "Y-yeah...guess your right." His blue hair was dangling well over his eyes as if to hide their purple color and the faint brown freckles on his cheeks.

"Where are you headed? I'm supposed to walk home, but my parents won't be back for a week, and I don't really feel like walking all that way."

Marco pushed a bit of his sky blue hair from his face. "Home,if I could call it that. Just to drop my stuff off and then just...hang on the edge of the forest." He said,as if it was normal to just avoid the vacant house and just hang alone in the forest a bit.

"Oh, do you mind if I join you? My house just feels a little... dark, with them gone."
He quickly corrected himself,
"Not that they're dead or anything, they're just on a trip!"

He smiled slightly. "I don't mind. A-and...no joke about death." The last part was softer,his eyes graying and his weight shifting slightly.

"Cool, give me a second to get my earbuds."
He reached into his bag and pulled out his phone and earbuds, giving Marco one side.
"You might not like my music style, just warning you now."
Drake set up the earbuds so they were on opposite sides, forcing them to stay close together. When he turned the music on, heavy metal blasted through them, causing them both to jump.
"Heh heh, sorry, forgot to turn them down..."

Maco's eyes widened like heck. "Woah,i-it's okay."

"So, where do you live exactly?"
He asked as they headed out the door.
