I think that doesn't make much sense.

I've seen rules like that, and they usually work..
But if someone is damaging the entire tribe, wouldn't it be smarter in the end to banish/kill the member causing so much damage to everyone? I don't think that - with how indigo is - anyone would miss him.
( Not trying to be rude or anything lol. I like that rule, it makes sense.. just not with someone like Indigo. )

*Though maybe the entire tribe fears what he can do or something, maybe he bluffs about his vemon instantly killing someone as it doesn't kill.. it paralyses them.. Maybe he pretends he is the strongest, and so while he is a bad person, no one likes him, and no one cares for him as he is a narcissistic character.. They are too scared to fight him, and even the leader because of his extreme manipulation of her doesn't know what to do?*

Maybe Ymir even goes to Aurora for help with him, but they can't do anything about it either. It would break the alliance rules, and war might break out because of how Solese is.. which isn't as accepting as their leader.

That's why the tribe has to make a vote, because cold blooded murder of their own people is forbidden. Although there has to be an accusation, kinda like a trial. They can't just say; "He's disliked so let's just kill him"
He has to "commit a crime" of some sorts, and sadly manipulation isn't really seen as a crime, more of like the person being manipulated is the one to blame for being weak minded.
If that makes sense, and don't worry, I totally see what you're saying.
Also, they abide strongly by the rules etched onto the cliffs by their first leader, and sadly no where does it say "manipulating/threatening is a crime"

Ymir might try that, but she would be very worried about the alliance. Like I would think the alliance is fairly new, because snakes are vain little things and they don't have as much honor as the Aurora. Ymir was kinda different with how desperate she was for some type of peace when she became leader.

Oof. It sounds a lot like religion. They strongly believe it, and don't question it, even if it might not be the best thing to follow.
( Sorry if this is offensive. I respect all religions, I just find wars because of them and the like silly. )

I dont have a religion, so no offense taken! And yeah, wars because of religion are pretty silly.

The Solese would probably be very offended over it, because they know Indigo, no matter how bad he might be, has strong blood like Ymir. And the fact that no one of her own kind was fit for her, so she chose someone of a different kind would make them question her greatly. She would most likely be presumed weak and desperate.
But there's always the possibility she could try to convince her people to change their ways for the sake of survival, and it would strengthen their alliance. They might be swayed over with the thought of being stronger than ever.

Thinking about this is so fun!

I can see that, it makes sense. Indigo if there was no other breeding partners around would of been the obvious choice due to bloodline -thus why I made him the way he is.. His family is strong, the solese like that even if he is a jerk.-
Then again I have another idea for that, because most of the Solese is kind of vain and value strength..

So the Aurora have the "Moon festival", a celebration of the moon which is what they believe gives werewolves their great power - does not add strength, is important fact. -
So they have this thing called " the great challenge " where the strongest of the allies or within the pack battle each other over a girl, whom the winner gets to dance with. It seems silly but it's a paring thing.
So both Indigo and Titan asks Ymir to dance, right?
So the Aurora start chanting Great Challenge and Indigo and Titan fight.

So, this can go two ways. Titan wins, but gets bitten by Indigo. This can go two ways as well. He becomes paralyzed, ooor he is strong enough to over come the venom.

Second is it is a tie.

I think it's a good idea as it shows Titan is a strong male.
