"Absolutely nothing!" Rookie chimed, running off. "C'mon!"

She followed, trying not to fall in heels

Rookie slid to a halt to wait for her to catch up.

(I almost fell down a ramp at a retirement home on stage)

She took them off and set them in her bag. There, thatll make it easier

Rookie flicked an ear. "You coming or what?" He called.

I am. She said, catching up to him quite quickly

Rookie took off again. It didn't take too long for them to arrive at their destination. "All right, this is the spot. I'll check the east end, you check west. Meet back here in fifteen minutes, kay?"

Sounds good, she said with a slight smile. Foolish little pup,

Rookie nodded and ran off. "See you in fifteen!"

It wasn't his finest landing, to be sure, but nothing was bleeding, so he was fine. He smirked, sensing the Emeralds' prescense nearby. He dusted off his red fur before heading down the street. As much as he hated being in urban areas with conflicting sounds, sights, and scents, he knew there was always some sort of challange when finding these things. "But it had to be a city," he sighed.

She nodded, as she lit up the tip of her horn to light her way in case it got dark
