purebred are pets that are descended directly from tagged themes (or very rarely now, pre-tagged themes), so you can trace it's entire linage back to a tagged pet. So project pets like my lunes wouldn't be purebred

This is a tagged theme, on their genetics page they have a theme name (like Maui Canna Punch Nephini) If bred to another tagged or PB of the same theme, then their offspring will have the official theme colours-making them officially PB pets

It is, there only way to tell if a pet is PB is to look at it's lineage, sometimes that can be extremely far back though. If a pet is PB then the person selling it will normally say so, considering they are worth more then regular pets

Technically, but they share a father, so you can't breed them
