"Wolf as far as I know, a black wolf as matter of fact" I say.

She offered a slight grin. "Well, then, yes, you are in the LP cabin." She walked toward the building, pointing as she talked. "Land Predator Cabin for land predators, Land Herbivores Cabin for land herbivores, Aviators for birds, and so forth, the names are self-explanatory."

"Then, the amphitheater is for stuff like the Gifting." Em turned, nodding at him while fidgeting with her ametrine necklace. "You missed the Gifting, you know."

*Josh*

"Oh well" I shrug.

Sean stifled a laugh at Em's reaction, but she noticed. She shot daggers at him, "Best friend also equals easiest person to prank, Sean. Remember fifth grade?"

Sean's eyes grew wide. "You promised never to speak of that!"

"I won't," she smirked, then growing serious as she turned back to Josh. "Alright, understand everything?" She was still a bit intimidated by his height. Sean was also at least three inches under this guy.

*Josh*

"Yeah, pretty sure I do" I shrug and head towards my cabin.

Em raised an eyebrow. "Okay... let's go unpack."

She walked to the cabin, then glanced at where Kat had left her stuff, before taking the bunk bed above her's. She put her stuff next to the wall, rolling her eyes as Sean took the bunk right next to Kat's.

"Idiot," she teased. "Well, at least you're not right next to me."

"Yeah, 'cause Kathren's probably way nicer."

"Can't argue with that." She sighed. "Everyone can turn into cool stuff, and I'm just a coyote."

"Yes, that's really sad. Imagine a coyote fighting a snowleopard."

"Seeing as I'm the coyote and you're the snowleopard, I would win."

*Josh*

I don't really pay attention to their conversation as I take a bottom bunk in the back corner. spread out my black sleeping bag and put down my dark gray pillow. Then I take off my gray backpack and start going through it as well as my gray bag.

"What about a snow leopard and a black panther?" I ask from another bed as I unpack my bags.

"I'm still hurt that you picked Kat over me," Emmeline said. "For some odd reason, I think she likes you."

He blinked, obviously confused, and tried to change the subject."Whatever- how many guys have gone after you?"

"None," she said flatly, leaning over the edge of the bunk and looking down at him.

"Liar." He ran a hand through his dark hair. "Anyway, I asked your uncle when training was, and he said it'll be after dinner, which will be-" His voice was cut of by a loud bell sound that rang through the cabin walls.

"Dinner bell, I presume." In one fluid movement, she jumped off the side of the bed and landed in a crouch on the floor.

Sean stuck his tongue out. "Jumping from ten feet? Show-off." The two made their way to the amphitheater, where the food would be served.

I sigh knowing I was being ignored and trail after them head down.
