I observe the tree it was sleeping on, trying to figure out what I can do to calm the large snake down.

I try not to look at Rehu, and instead around the tree to try and find something to do to calm him down.

Nearby, among a few fern leaves, you see something white..Rehu snarls again, lashing his tail.

Turn the crank, at most it'll give the snake more room to move

With a loud, metallic sound, the chain loosens. Kaksi pulls against it, snapping it. It whips it's head to stare at you, jaws showing teeth. Maybe that wasn't a good idea..

To manage to snatch up the white thing. It turns out to be a long bone, carvings decorating it. Rehu stops, staring at it, mesmerized.
