Shes a very pretty griffi XD question how does 1 get a maxed out sylesti i've been struggling on boss fights is it by breeding?

I got my maxed griffis through breeding and using the philters on them. It's basically just bringing the stats up over time by breeding. A lot of people sell them for between 150k and 300k and up. Upsidedownsarah is an excellent breeder, with Ligs, puffs, and more that are max stat :)
