Rune growled and shook herself as she watched the sun set. As it dipped below the horizon, she leapt out of the cave and glided down into the forest, intending to hunt. As she landed, she heard the murmurs of conversation somewhere behind her, and silently padded toward the group.

Iona hid herself in a tree, staying mostly hidden in the trees. Iku turned around to meet the new visitor, which Iona carefully informed him of. Ikr bent down to see the new arrival, "Hello!" He shouted, the leaves of trees being rustled by the loud shout. Iona signaled for him to be quieter. "I'm Iku, who are you?" He asked excitedly.

Tor's head shot round "There's someone here?" He hadn't noticed any presence.

Iku nodded "Yeah, Iona smelled him, she has really good smell" He boasted about his friend. He then turned to Koa, extending an arm. "It's so amazing to meet someone my own size!" He said, his smile remained the same, but his eyes lit up even brighter. "I finally have a friend I don't have to worry about stepping on!" he said happily, recalling all the times he nearly crushed Iona.

Tor held a quizzical expression on his face "Your sense of smell is that good?" He asked Iona. Tor had never been around all of these different hybrids so he had no idea what kind of talents they had.

Koa-
Despite the fact that the animal was nearly as big as him,he was still taller by a matter of seven or so feet. "Same." He said unable to shake the hand seeing he had paws. The light of his blue eye glowed brightly despite it being day. "I've never seen one as tall as myself before or even this close for that matter." He neglected to tell that this was far from his grown size though maybe it was best to leave that out of the question.

"Maybe when I finish growing, We'll be the same height!" Iku said happily. Iona slithered up onto his head. "Believe it or not, he's still a baby, when he hatched he was normal sized, but within a month he was bigger than me" She laughed. "Y'know, he's only 7 years old, but he'll probably stop growing at 15, since that's the maximum lifespan of an axolotl, but who knows, maybe he'll keep growing bigger, I'm still growing too, but I doubt I'll grow as quickly as this big guy" She joked, tapping her claws on his head.

"Of course, I'm part snake, after all, I can smell very good with my tongue" She hissed, sticking her long, forked tongue out. "Belcher's sea snake, that would be the specific type, which also makes me incredibly poisonous, plus I can breathe underwater." She boasted.

Koa-
He couldn't help but chuckle. "Seven years? I've been growing for about eighty years now and am still considered young. When I'm fully grown I'll be nearly fourth feet tall, or more." He said puffing his chest out a bit as he did.

Tor frowned slightly and looked at his feet. "If I had any special powers my disease would prevent them from being used... Well except for the fact that I can change my appearance bu that's not really useful unless I want to hide the tendrils!" Tor lifted up his paw slightly and touched his face where the tendrils were.
