Crater stands distant and watches the young deer. He was troublesome, but a part of his herd. He approaches it slowly, keeping his distance, but does not speak. They needed to find somewhere to store gathered food. Crater lowered his larger, elk/moose like antlers to the ground so he could scoop up some yellow flowers. He jumped onto the rock with ease and dumped them on the young one's head.

Toro is a bit startled by the sudden flowers on his head. He shakes his head and snorts a bit to try and get rid of the flowers. Toro turns his head slightly, and looks at Crater.
"Catch me if you can!" Toro says, giggling as he prances away.

Crater smiles and watches the young deer frolick around. He saw no harm in playing, so in great leaps of the prince he was he caught up to the deer. But to keep the fun, he purposely did not catch him. He pretended to be dragging behind

*pinging

Toro circles around and loops back towards Crater.
"You're awfuly slow" he says, prancing around crater and then towards the forest.
"You need to keep up, I found somthing real cool near the forest yesterday!"

(he reminds me of Bambi XD)
Crater laughs and presses forward antlers first. He bolts ahead of Toro and uses his gained time to make bare scratch marks high on a tree. "I am slow?" He lands from standing up to the tree on his mighty hooves and looks down to see Toro approach. The little one got into trouble but was not a threat to him.

Toro aproaches slowley.
"Well, I guess you are'nt so slow." he says, flicking his ears.
"But when I'm your age, I'll be faster than you!" Toro excaimes, stomping his feet happily. He goes uptowards another tree and tries to mimic Crater and scratch the tree with his horns, but his horns are too short so he uses his long teeth instead.

Crater playfully knocks the young one down, he was still to small to be hurt from it. "When your my age, if you behave, I'll make you king of the herd little one." Crater rolls a rock forward for the little one to climb on if he wanted to look at the herd territory mark Crater had made.

Toro eagerly climbs up the rock, and gazes at the territory mark Crater had made. He feels eager, and hopes that one day he will be able to do that too.
"I'll behave real well and become a great leader!" Toro exclaims, climbing down from the rock.

Crater smiles and playfully nudges the young Toro with his hoof. "Good, because we are gonna need strong, powerful deer in this herd. Wolf and Cat groups are growing and we must prepare." Crater leads Toro over to a berry bush
