they are trying to get Eri some training, but its hard, monoma tryed to copy her quirk but its a "dud" like midoriya's.

I don't think she can bring back the dead though

Her quirk is rewind, but not only is it a mutation but they don't entirely know how it works, they can't try and train her just yet, but when they brought Monoma in her quirk was a blank since it's not only mutative but its also partially physical. Sir night eye can't be brought back anymore either. As for the screaming, Eijiro was right, he's wanting to be more like Bakugo, which is no real surprise since Bakugo is not just Deku's childhood best friend [more or less] but he's also incredibly strong and talented, Deku's childhood flashbacks in S1 are proof of his admiration.
