So, what I was thinking is have a indicator on the stable and hatchery to show whether the pet is tested or not, maybe it could look something like this?

I think it would be very helpful for everyone so people know what pets are tested or not.

Personally I don't think that's necessary. On the rare occasion I buy an untested pet, the first thing I do is test it. Other than the big testing spree right after buying it, I can't think of any reason somebody with an inf. genetic test kit would ever have enough untested pets to need a symbol for it.

For someone like me, it would be very useful. I have trouble keeping track of all my pets and I usually buy more after a while and I dont check if theyre tested or not, its a struggle to go through and figure out which ones are tested and not.

It would be nice if it was added on the bottom row of status icons or something. Some indicator not just on the pet's page.

Adv. search has something for that. Enter in your username for 'owner username' then click the small symbol for genetic tests until it's X-ed out. Upon searching, it will give you any and all of your pets that aren't tested (note this will include generator pets which cannot be tested). If your screen looks like this you've done it right.


That's mostly why I don't feel an icon is necessary- we already have a very easy way to find what pets aren't tested.

Pretty much this.

I would much rather have icons for things that don't have easy ways to find the pets, such as making it so they no longer earn experience. You have to go to each individual pet's page to see which are ineligible to earn experience and which aren't. I believe there are a couple of others that you can only see when on a pet's page. You can't search for them and you can't see them in the lair.
