So, a few months ago, I quit Sylestia. I thought I was done with Sylestia. I wasn't playing the game and I wasn't as active in roleplay. However, I have begun to crave roleplay once more and figured I could find something here. Therefore, I've returned to look for what I once had again.
Admittedly, I have not role played in a fair bit. I may be a bit rusty. Still, I am sure I will get back into the swing of things.
Basically, what I am trying to get at is, I want to do a small private roleplay. Something to get out my roleplay cravings and perhaps ease me back into roleplaying. That's it, that is what all these words are about. I wanna roleplay. Please roleplay with me.

I can do a roleplay with you. What type of genres do you like? Any triggers/dislikes that I should know so I can avoid them if possible? Are you alright/okay with oc's that are LGBTQ+? And any pet peeve on rp? Sorry if it's a lot of questions.

I adore medieval fantasy themes but I am up for anything. I don't have any triggers really. I am a bit bothered by car accidents but I wouldn't call it a trigger as it only makes me a bit uncomfy. I don't mind LGBTQ+ characters. I have no pet peeves that I can think of. Also, all good. Lots of questions is a good thing.

Alright and same for medieval fantasy theme and for a few plot ideas. You can add to the plot idea with you want. And I know I should have asked this when I asked the questions. What type of romance/relationship do you like for rp? Platonic? slow-blurn or any romance? Mentor/Mentee? Siblings/friends like? Or even family figure? Also do you like where the rp would go as it process? Kinda sticks to the plot? Where it can go off a bit but still goes with the plot or it doesn't even follow the plot?(Trust me I have had a rp that has goes off the plot completely or didn't follow the plot and sometimes it is annoying when that happens but other times it is fun since I do it with my younger siblings that are around the ages 8-10) Are you okay with op characters but not to op? If not please tell me if I make any characters op. Character development also where the oc get more "Mature" and grow as the rp progress?



~ This is in the medieval fantasy theme kinda thing. Two kingdoms has been at war with each other. One kingdom started the war for unknown reason. This war has been going on for many years. After many ear the war has ended by the two rulers in line to the throne. The worlds can have many races/species beside humans like Elves, dwarfs, mythical beast, fairies. Magic is also around the world. More can be added to this.

~This is more modern but has that fantasy to it. This rp is like our world but the virus doesn't exist and there are supernatural beings that are roaming the public and everyone knows and accepts them but still has racism(Don't like racism and I don't encourage it at all) and everyone is struggling for accepts. More can be added to it.

~We can also do any of your plot ideas for the rp.

~Fandom with our oc in it. Fandom's can be occ or ic. Things can be added or discuses for this rp.

As for character relationships, I often just like to see how things play out. I don't mind romance but I much more like it if it happens naturally in the roleplay rather than be planned out. What I mean is I would prefer our characters start off platonic (whatever that means in the context of the roleplay) and if the characters mesh then a natural move in that direction. I like it cause it makes everything feel more real to me than when I plan out romance in the beginning.
I am not too picky about sticking to the plot. It is fun to see where things take you and if it happens to take us a bit off plot, I don't mind. We can always redirect things later.
I don't mind powerful characters as long as they have some sort of weakness or downfall. When I think over powered I think a character who has no flaws and has a ton of power which is something I don't particularly like but as long as their power seems balanced out by their flaw, I am generally fine.
Character development is amazing. I love characters that grow and change as the roleplay progresses. One thing I love is realistic growth and change in roleplays which kinda ties in with my opinion of romance in roleplays. It makes the roleplay more real and exciting for me.
Both of your ideas sound great. I also have a ton of old basic roleplay plots stashed away that I could pull out for us to expand on. For the fantasy idea, we could have our characters have some relation to the reigning heirs and they could get caught up in some sort of political drama that forces the plot or something like that. My ideas may be a tad lacking.
I am not too fond of fandom based roleplays as the times I have participated in them have often felt kind off. I normally prefer to put my original characters in original worlds as it feels more right to me. That being said, I have a few exceptions to that as I do enjoy Star Wars themed roleplays or stuff like Lord of the Rings.

No it's not a lot. Platonic isn't just in roleplays it can also be in real life. Platonic means (of love or friendship) intimate and affectionate but not sexual. True to that on planing the romance in the beginning. I like op characters but they are annoying to deal with when it goes to far because a player just ignore other players asking them to tone down the op and follow the rules or just contuine to not follow the plot and do their own thing. True on original character in original world with other people because most rp's that are around fandom's like Harry potter is that most may not have read or watched the movie before. I need to rewatch star wars and read lord of the rings again to be able to do rp's of them but I remember most of the movie/book. I like your idea for the fantasy idea one. I want to hear your idea also and what every is lacking we can add to it.

I feel the same on character development because almost half of my character's are either a mother hen or mentally adopted half the other characters by the time the rp is half way over.

Okay! We could have our characters be the siblings or advisors to the two rulers bringing peace. Maybe our characters are put in charge of quieting the unrest of the citizens who are unhappy with the peace.

I like that Idea. They could be siblings and advisors because they don't want to rule and just advise the rulers?

Ya! Sure! I like the idea of our characters being siblings who are like the closest advisors to the kings.
