Please help! im not sure what to do.

Physical elements (Earth, water, air) should get gear that buffs Strength
Magical elements (light, shadow, fire) should get gear that buffs Intelligence
Tanks go in slot 1 and should have Agility buffing gear
Non-tanks should have Dexterity buffing gear

So and Air Attacker should have gear that buffs Strength and Dexterity- Myrmidon gear
A Light Tank should have Int + Agi, so Illusionist, while a light healer would get int + dex, Evoker
And Earth Tank would get Str+Agi- Assassin
etc.

Tanks lean towards getting HP, offense, and Agility,
healers, buffers, and attackers go offense and dexterity
