when I breed two different types of themed pets like luporas, does it give me a themed baby?

no, 2 different themed pets don't result in another theme. The only exception is if u breed a frostkeeper aeri + dawnbreaker aeri which results in a miswarden.

(also, for the above-mentioned frostkeeperXdawnbreaker cross, both parents need to be generation 1/tagged themes. If either or both of the parents are PB, then you just get a regular unthemed mutt
