The year is 202X on the East Coast of the United states
In the small coastal town of Marellie, things were normal until two things happened
1) A new family moved into town
2) Some posters advertising some event in the nearby big city.

Don't be overpowered

Can turn whatever it touches into water and change it back to its original form. She can also do this to living things, however rather than becoming a puddle, they will retain their shape and functions, turning them into 'living water'
Backstory
Her dad was the result of an affair between Joseph Joestar and her gold-digging grandmother. She was born a stand user and has always had a somewhat estranged relationship with her father, and after his disappearance when she was 12, she began to resent him.

Hi I will like to join but I have a question. On the stand what is the one in the parentheses called mostly if it's not a stand? For example --> Pools (Glass Animals)

ah sorry, the stand is the one outside of the parenthesis, i just put the band/singer in parenthesis so we don't have too many stands named after the same things

Stand Ability:
She has the ability of a wolf like the strength, speed, agility, sight, smell, hearing, and any other skills a wolf can have. She can lend someone a certain trait of the wolf but she can only do 1 per person. She can understand wolves.

Backstory:
Scarlet has been a happy child with kind parents. She has mostly been sheltered by her parents. She has a love for wolves since she first saw one.
