How do I earn diamonds? I need a new stable or to earn 480k gold and I was wondering how you earn diamonds and if it is hard to do.

Diamonds are a currency you purchase from the site for real world currency. If you don't want to use your IRL money then you'll need to buy them from other players for gold on the Currency Exchange. There is also a very small chance that you will win diamonds in a forum game.
