Usually, for most websites, to share that sort of image you either have to link directly to your image on the drive (so just a regular link that takes people to where the image is, assuming you have that image public), or they reupload the image to an image hosting site like Imgur. These sites provide actual image urls so that they can be viewed when using img tags on forums. Google Drive does not have image urls that you can use to link to the image, that I am aware of. This is why you can't just show a picture on the forums from your drive.
Basically... I'm not sure there *is* a way to show images from Google Drive on a forum, just because of how the images are stored on Drive. (If you're talking about your computer's hard drive, not Google Drive, then that is impossible for reasons I am not well-versed enough to explain. Has to do with them being on a local network which does not speak to the internet, from what I understand.)

The forums, pms, and profiles have character limits (forum posts are something like 20k, pms and profiles are like... 2k?) so that might play into it, and since it's a non-sylestia image you'll want to make sure it is an actual image link that the site can read (typically end in .png/.jpg/.gif)
when you say 'our drive', what do you mean exactly? As Mikazukichan asked, do you mean from your computer's drive, or google drive, or something else?
