I think it would be really nice to have the option to also be able search by number of visible traits instead of having to search trait section by trait section... You just choose number of visible traits and it shows you what fits your search parameters (unsure of spelling so corrected by computer) like it usually does. I don't program so I don't know hard this would be to do... It would make looking for themed pets with more vis or just ones with vis much easier to find...

I know that I spend a lot of time search through endless lists of themed zol and lup trying to find ones with more vis then mine so I can buy those to use to breed to make better traited themes more available to those who, like me, suck at saving gold and need it for other more expensive/important things like stable tabs - currently need another one but keep buying better pets instead...

Am I the only one who hates it when people fill up the AS with tons of the same theme with no visible traits? Or there aren't any true-colored themed for a decent price that are easy to find because people have recolored an ancestor or more and their colors are now muddy..? And just isn't worth buying the ones with the nice traits with that problem because they cause sooo much trouble?

it would take too much time to code every single option and the fact that the list of options could be in the thousands or 100s of thousands would mean that AS searches would be slowed down cause of it. I dont think this is something that can be easy implemented with the way the database is set up atm and how AS accesses that information. And it for sure would not be a change for the better. I dont want to have to wait 5-10 mins per basic search cause of additions to AS that are overtaxing the database

I believe that it was said to be impossible with the current Advanced Search.

However, hopefully the AS is something that is going to get an overhaul at some point, and this is somethign that is desperately needed.

It doesn't even have be by 'visible' traits, but rather trait points.

So a 4 TP pet would bring back 4 carry, 1 visible/2 carry, or 2 visible pets. (perhaps with an option to have 'no carry' as an option, so you would only get the 2 visible). This would make it more versitile, because, while I personally don't really like carried (unless I like the underlying pet colors and don't care that the pet is 'plain'), I know that others like them for breeding projects and this would allow them to search for pets with carrieds as well.

Yes, it would mean overhauling the AS, as said earlier, but people want to search for stats as well, which is something else I believe was said to be impossible with the current AS, so it needs an overhaul anyway.
