Is there a way to buy with card bc I don't have pay pal

Unless something as changed in the last year or so, you can purchase through Paypal with a credit card without signing up for Paypal.

Yep. PayPal is pretty flexible in all of the options that they provide. They are our sole merchant though, so all sales have to go through them and their service.
