-Veronica and Black Pearl-

Veronica stood at the edge of the beach watching the waves crash into the shore. The sun was high in the sky. She sat down on the sand and took off her shoes, digging her toes into the sand. Black Pearl looked at her and sat beside her.


-Tigers Eye and Pink Tourmaline-

Tigers Eye was stuck. Very stuck. She had managed to lodge herself in a crack in a cliff and couldn't get out. She looked around and saw Pink Tourmaline walking by. "Hey! Pink! Help!" Pink Tourmaline looked up. "Oh ma gosh! How'd ya get stuck up there?" "I uh....was chasing a crab. Just help me!" Pink Tourmaline jumped up and pulled on Tiger Eyes arm, but to no avail. Tigers Eye was stuck.

Moss Agate had been wandering around, Beach City, not knowing what to do to entertain themself. Their mask (as always) was covering their face, their posture was perfect, and they looked bored as ever. They noticed a couple of human kids messing around on their "cellular devices" and never understood why they seemed so attached to them. It seemed like they were more attached to their bodies than their limbs. They shook their head and continued to wander.

Hokutolite had gone for a swim under the docks, hoping to scare at least one tourist. Instead, she came across a couple of shells and decided to collect them.

-Veronica and Black Pearl-

Black Pearl looked at Veronica. "Are you feeling well?" Veronica nodded. "Of course. The beach just seems quiet today."

-Tigers Eye and Pink Tourmaline-

"I'll go get some help, m'kay?" Pink Tourmaline looked at Tigers Eye. "Sure. Go do that Pink." Pink Tourmaline ran off, looking for another gem for help. She noticed Moss Agate and ran up to them. "Hey there!"

Moss was a little aggravated when the pearl bumped into them, their bird mask hiding their expression. "Watch it.", They almost snapped, stepping back from the blushing Pearl. Their head stiffly turned towards the "Hey there" from Pink Tourmaline. They looked back at the poor Pearl who had knocked into them and nodded at her, quietly, before taking a step towards the much shorter gem.
"What is it, Pink.", They asked with the same cool tone as when they spoke to Gold Pearl. They crossed their arms behind their back, awaiting her answer.

-Pink Tourmaline-

"Tigers Eye got herself stuck in the cliff again. I cant get her out. Can ya help?" She looked at the gem with pleading eyes. She had ruffled look to her today, as if she had been clothes that had been just thrown on the floor and picked up again. She also had a smudge of chocolate on her face.

Moss stared past Pink for a moment before complying. "Yes, how did she get stuck?", They asked, walking forwards, assuming Pink would lead the way. 'Why do Quartz always get themselves in strange situations?', They thought, continuing to stride forward at a brisk pace.

-Pink Tourmaline-

Leading the way, she said, "I'm not sure...She just does sometimes and can't get out. She may have been running from a crab again....Oh wait! She didn't want anyone to know she is scared of crabs. Don't tell?" Pink Tourmaline looked up at Moss Agate.

-Veronica and Black Pearl-

Veronica, after a while, heard Tigers Eye calling for help. "Come on Pearl. Lets go." Black Pearl nodded and followed Veronica toward the cliffs.

-Tanzanite, red pearl

Tanzanite skipped along the waters edge not really shure why, she guessed she had nothing better to do. Red pearl walked behind her breathing in the smell of the ocean. She had never had such freedoms like this that Tanzanite had given her. It was refreshing, though she stuck to some of her duties like not talking unless its nessasary. "Red pearl." Tanzanite stopped skipping. She was staring ahead of her. "Yes, Tanzanite?" She asked she walked up beside her looking down at the short gem. "Who are they?" She pointed to the gems running towards a cliff. Red pearl watched carfully "lets go!" Tanzanite grabbed red pearls arm and starting running towards them before she could answer. Sometimes it was annoying how she would run towards anything even if it was dangerous but it was also what made her, her. She was smiling like this was an adventure they would go on together. Red pearl smiled a small smiled back towards her, Tanzanite looked so care free and...happy. Red pearl was happy she had a friend like Tanzanite. They watched as the gems got closer in veiw. Red pearl was a little nervous but knew if anything bad happened Tanzanite would do everything she could to protect red pearl. No matter how many times red pearl would try to save Tanzanite, but red pearl was greatful for that.
