Just another quick question, because I don't know how I breed two of my own pets

Go to the "Generator" page in the account drop down and pick "Breeding grounds."
As long as you have an adult female and male of the same species you should be able to breed. It even lets you see some potential outcomes, though there is no guarantee of the egg's outcome.
