A place where people can return their pets to the cute little hatchlings they used to be, once they drink from the fountain they are turned back into hatchlings, they cant breed, be nurtured or fight basically an adult with a hatchling picture, they can be regrown with an item called Philter of regrowth. it will regrow the pet but then can not drink from the fountain again.

What you're describing sounds like the Amulet of Youthful Illusion, but... not as good?
Amulet of Youthful Illusion is a pet costume that you can buy from the Diamond Shop for 350 diamonds, and when equipped to a pet it takes the appearance of its Hatchling state, but is for all other functions still adult (can be used in the party, can breed).
