Hello! Yes, I have been on Sylestia for a while, but I forgot how long it takes for eggs to mature so I can hatch them...

Eggs take 72 hours (3 days) total to hatch. Players can also nurture them to speed up their time. After the nurturing update, I believe it takes 6 nurtures (one from different players) to speed up hatch time by 1 hour

you can check how long and egg has left before hatching (discounting nurture bonuses which is indeed +1 for every six correct nurtures) by looking at the green bar in their Genetics section, which shows a number ?/72, with ? being hoe many hours along it is thus far and the difference being the remainder (eg, an egg that's 43/72 has 29 hours left)
