I recently got a puffadore and it says *This Pet Can Re-Generate Colors (EC, GC3)*. What does that mean? I clicked regenerate and it took me to a regenerater. Does this mean I can add a trait point or change it's color?

In this case, this pet is able to have its eye colour (EC) and gene 3 (GC3) colours changed. No other traits or colours can be changed on him.
