Where do I find some Vine Equipment? Or does someone have some extra?

you can loot them from named bosses in the lost grove or from the pyromaniacs (with the current event), i may have a few extras still unsold/unconverted witch sets do you nead ?

I need better equipment to defeat Oakly. I have some Vine but not much.

Witch type of equipement you are using also impact their usefullness :
Tidal Lord = water
Lightbringer = light
Reaver = Shadow
Storm Caller = air
Warden = earth
Pyromancer = fire
Some elements can use a mix set of equipement as long as you are mindfull of what statistic is neaded, Indis is a phisical attacker (strengh) but all the set you are using are special (intelligence) so i would say it's the one you have to realy focus on getting him appropriated gears.
I have a storm caller and a Tiadal lord bracers that could be usefull for you, i'll ask 35k for both. ^-^
