I took 2 tasks for Sweet Blossom orchard from the Ethernia task board. I completed them but I can't see how to turn them in.

My task log shows them as complete, and I can't accept any more tasks. So they are stuck in Astryl limbo.

If my memory is working right, if you go to the task log page there should be a green tick symbol in the corner of completed tasks. Just click that
