I have some Root Strengthers, two spare seed and a bunch of Fertilisers. I'm mostly interested in Ferrikki Tamer's Staff Polar and Forest.

Which seeds? The root stuff's the biggest draw, though. The broker price is pretty low on those right now, sooo just let me know what you feel is fair.

According to the Broker, the cheapest Staff is 5k. Root Strengethers are 15k but I'll lower the value to 10k. I have a Vernal Guardian Slyvorpa and a Morning Sun Bulbori.

Two staffs for one root item, accepted. :) The Polar staff I think was 9k, so I'd call that about even.
