How do you get Avatar backgrounds for your profile I can't seem to find any and the ones people are selling I'm unable to afford or they use PayPal

Avatar backgrounds can be bought in the festival shop *I think*
It's currently the Spring Festival so there are some backgrounds on sale in the fest shop ranging from 1,500 decorated eggs to 2,000 decorated eggs (pricing).
You can also get forum backgrounds by winning a forum game; then you'll get a peerless avatar token and you can go to the avatar shop and pick out the avi item you want. :)
