I'm not sure where this should go...but I bought a trap and used it like it said but I guess it didn't work. I just joined and still really new to this. I read the guides but they were a bit confusing for me >.<

Are you doing the 'catch a pet' quest? if so, you didn't need to buy a trap, Jinxie will give you one.
If you're not, when you buy the trap, make sure that the pet you're trying to trap is the same kind that can be caught. Like if it's a lesser pet trap, it catches Common pets and can also catch Uncommon. I'm very sorry if this is confusing! >-< if you need more help, you could message my friend Everlost and she can get you a mentor that will help you.

Thanks! I filled out a form for the mentoring thing...I do have one question..when trapping do we weaken the pet and then go to inventory and highlight the trap? That's what confuses me after...because it doesn't do anything after I select it.

What you do, i like to weaken the pet, but it really doesn't matter, is go to your inventory, click the trap, then click the pet you want to trap while you're in the inventory. Does that help?
