You wake up in a dark room. You stagger to your feet. A satchel hangs from your shoulder. It's empty, except for a small knife and a handkerchief. In the darkness, you see a figure. In the figure's hand it holds a dim lantern. You can barely make out the face. You can tell that it's a female figure with scruffy red and black hair. She winks and her eyes start glowing. They're red and they give you enough light to make out the room. You hadn't noticed it before, but sleeping on the ground next to you is a Sylesti. A mirror sits on a table next to you shows you what you look like. Funny, you have no memory of anything, least of all your own face. You put your hands in your satchel and feel a strange piece of paper. You pull it out and it has a name on it. You assume it's your name. The woman sets her lamp on the table and it glows brighter, illuminating every inch of the room. She winks again. You blink and she's gone. In her place is a note. It reads, "Young hero, welcome! In order to win, you must make it to the end. REMEMBER: Do NOT lose your Sylesti. It is the key to winning." Your Sylesti wakes up and you notice a glint on their collar. It's a key with your name on it.

Welcome to the Doors RPG!
In order to win, you must complete all of the tasks provided and make decisions based on your first instinct. There will be puzzles and tests along the way. You may make friends... or enemies. Whatever you do, have fun! Now good luck.

Rules: Narrator's word is law. No Mary/Gary Sues (perfect characters) No inappropriate actions, conversations, etc. No killed every NPC you come across. If they seem evil, that's fine, but don't do it willy-nilly. No making your character practically invincible. ONE power limit and it CANNOT be immortality, invincibility, etc. It has to be a generic power like telekinesis or controlling fire. YOU CAN DIE. YOU ARE NOT IMMORTAL.

"I don't know why but I hated that... joke?" She walked over to the Sylesti and took the key off her collar.

On the Sylesti's collar you see a glowing name under where the key was attached. Corasi. The Sylesti's tail wags and she barks. She jumps away from you and leads you to the western most wall. The wall has three doors. Each one has a keyhole and it looks like your key could fit into any of them. The door on the far right has a moon painted on it. The middle door has a cloud and the last door has a sun on it. Which one do you choose?

"I think... moon." She walked over to the door with the moon and slid the key in, turning it.

The door swings open almost silently. You hear a strange sound behind you. You look to see what it was and the other doors are gone. Before you is a massive forest. You can hear wolves howling in the distance. A massive moon sits in the sky. Beside you is a sign reading, "Forest of Artemis. Take care and beware. The forest has many temptations and will require much dedication. Proceed when ready." Next to the sign is a silver longbow with a quiver of silver arrows.
