The events of this story are before the COVID-19 outbreak - Or in an alternate universe where it never happened.
"I was going to a shop when it all happened." You explain. The human-like thing stares at you quizically.
"And what exactly happened?" It says to you. It had long, blue hair and a french braid but still didn't look human. Because it had angel wings. Yeah, you heard that right, angel wings.
"Well... you flew here... so that's a start." You say sarcastically.
"No, it's not. Tell me the real truth." It says, somehow invading your mind to figure out that.
"Okay..."

"I was running through the woods... I heard a sound... I-I don't know how to describe it. It was like - like piercing and cold... it almost hurt to hear it. I thought it was a ghost! I-" The thing interrupted you.
"A ghost...?" It asks. You nod slowly, and they cover their face like that wasn't what they wanted to hear. They fluttered their hands for you to keep going.
"Where was I... Oh. Then, I saw the ghost. It was right beside me. It scratched me. I don't even know how! Aren't ghosts... Can't they...? They can't touch anything, right?"
It shook its head, though you decided to call it a girl.
"Well... I was bleeding," You pointed you the scratch on your cheek. "and I was planning to go to the local shop anyway. Then, it got creepier. The ghost SAID 'Don't forget me... We'll meet again someday. Someday soo-' and vanished before it could say 'soon.' I ran to the shop. Well... You might be wondering why I was in the forest anyway. I live in the middle of a forest in a cabin. Alone. And it has no routes, so I had to memorize in what direction the shop was in... and I got lost. Anyways. I went... and you swooped in and..."
You started uncontrollably sobbing. "Oh, dear. Did the effects ware in already?! I thought they would spare us some time." The girl said. She... somehow knocked you out and then you were flying...
