Nestled Just South of Alola lies a cluster of diverse islands with Mt. Shinra, a dormant volcano, at its center, a Region Known as Elore. The Main Island itself is approximately 12 miles in diameter and the Mountain at its center is about a three day hike to the peak. the islands that are separated from the main island are each unique and harbor their own diverse ecosystems and can be reached mainly by boat, but some do have bridges that are available for accesses to the islands. The Culture of Elore is very different from that of other regions. Many folks here live off the land and are accustomed to being in tune with the diversity of the environment around them, making many farmers, and fishers. However trainers and events like Battles and commotions are still held in this region. There are 12 official Gym Badges and 12 official Contest Ribbons that are obtainable through the region. There is a 13th Badge and Ribbon that is obtainable by winning the Equilore Festival, a extravagant Competition where a team of two or more trainers will work together to Display mastery of both Battling and Competition based Skills.
