Positivity Post: Say Something that You Love About Yourself!
I believe that during these times of isolation, a lot of people end up feeling very depressed, myself included. So, to spread cheerfulness, I present to you the Positivity Post! All you have to do is say one thing you love about yourself. If you want, to make a good and healthy practice, say something you love about yourself every morning, or even just something positive.
Since I created this post, I'll go first. What I love about myself is my empathy for others.
