In the fungus grove quest, right after you knock on the trap door: "Queen Annabelle: Hmm. The Bandit headquarters? No, unfortuntaely I do not know where their headquarters is..."
(First one is just a misspelling; it should be "unfortunately," second is a grammar error and should be "are")
Small bug in the grand scheme of things, but shouldn't be too hard to fix...

The first one is definitely a typo, but the second one is not a grammar error. Headquarters is a word for a singular location. You will never see the word "headquarter" used in a sentence as a noun. In this example "is" or "are" can be used correctly.
