Title says it. I am on mobile, and while the volume controls say they are muted, music and footsteps still play.

I would suggest making sure that:
1. Your browser is fully up to date.
2. Any possible addons or extensions tampering with the page are disabled.
3. Clear your browser cache.
4. Try a different browser to see if it's a browser or device issue.

Checked through those things. Still issues and it seems to happen to some other players. Apologies for the late reply.

Outside of that, I am unsure what else to recommend. =\
This issue has been reported since the Lost Grove was released and I've never been able to find a solution to it nor have I ever been able to replicate the issue for myself.
The only other suggestion I'd have would just be to mute that specific tab in your browser.
