A dragon prince, a witch of the woods, both purebreds.

I'd love it if anyone did a story along the lines of "Love is forbidden for two different themes" and these two, against everyone else's wishes, fall in love.

i don't really understand how this works, do i write the whole story and post it here or write a small part, you guys write another part, then I continue?

A witch and a prince. An unlikely, an impossible pair, yet they find a way together.

The full moon was hovering over the clear lake, sending sleepy fishes darting away from the bright glare of it's light. Owls hooted and swooped over the lush treetops, searching for a potential prey. Yet the lake and it's surrounding life grew still and quiet as a graceful creature emerged from the trees and approached the lake.

The Witch of the Woods.

She sat down beside the lake and stared into it. The witch appeared to be waiting for someone. Or perhaps something. Soon enough, the forest rustled and the dragon prince emerged. The witch jumped up , and beamed broadly when she saw who it was.
The prince was impassive. "I shouldn't be here, witch. You know that. What do you want?"
Her smile disappeared. "I know that. I just wanted to see you....and my name is Luna." Luna took a few tentative steps towards the prince.
The prince- Kagutsuchi- frowned. "My mother said you are dangerous. And that I shouldn't be seeing you." He looked wistfully at Luna.
"I'm not dangerous. You know that. My mother says you're dangerous and untrustable. Yet I do trust you."
Kagutsuchi's frown was replaced with a a little smile. "I know you trust me, and I respect that. But why?" He said steadily while walking towards Luna.
Luna grinned and pranced towards him, both meeting at the middle of the lake. They sat together side by side, and Luna told him of her plan.

They met again the next day. And the next. But their defiance to their family and friends, instead of pulling them further and further apart, bonded them in a way that no one could interfere. But even the witch and the prince knew that secrets couldnt be kept forever.

On the fourth night, when Luna and Kagutsuchi were whispering sweet nothings to each other, their friends and and family charged into the clearing by the lake where they were and dragged them back to their own homes why their tails. Before they lost sight of other, they locked eyes and made a silent promise; We will see each other again.

After being dragged home painfully by her mother, Luna glared up at her mother through tearful eyes. Why did you do that? She snapped.
Lunas mother matched her with a glare of her own. You know very well you arent allow to meet with any of those traitors. Yet you did. Why?
You know very well why.
Lunas mother froze. You mean you-
Yes.
Suddenly Luna didnt recognise her mother anymore. Her eyes blazed with pure anger and her tail shot up, straight and unyielding. You are not my daughter anymore. I disown you, you dishonourable- dishonourable- creature! Go crawling to him. She spat the words out like they were poisonous.
Fine! Ill leave, if that makes you happy.
And so Luna left the only home she ever knew.

Kagutsuchi was facing no less. Only that his parents werent only angry, there were disgusted and horrified too. They were gathered in another clearing, miles away from Luna and her mother.
Luna. He wondered how she was doing.
Finally, his father broke the awkward silence first. Did you know how dangerous that was?
Yes.
Do you remember that we told you not to go near those creatures?
Yes and no.
Kagutsuchis parents stared. What?
Kagutsuchi took a deep breath and explained, Yes, I remember you telling me not to go near them. No, they are not creatures.
His mother shrieked, You are a prince! How could you even go near her? She is a witch, a dangerous witch, and she could have killed you the moment you went close enough for her to kill! How could you have not thought about that?
Kagutsuchis anger began to rise. I did think about that, and I knew she wont kill me because I trust her! She is no more a witch than you are, mother. You spread the rumours about Lunas family being dangerous witches, and you did it because you were jealous! Admit it!
His parents stared at him in shock. Get out.
Kagutsuchi blinked. What?
His father raised his voice. I said, get out! He thundered.
Kagutsuchi backed a few steps before turning around and fleeing.

Luna ran towards the lake and found him sitting there, staring at the lake.
Kagutsuchi! Luna cried.
He turned around and smiled sadly. Luna.
Luna stopped, a few feet away from the edge of the lake. Whats wrong?
He sighed, then replied after a few seconds, My parents told me to get out.
Out of what?
They didnt say. I just assumed they told me to get out of the family.
Luna started, and said quietly, Im sorry. My mother disowned me too. But she knew, it would be a heavier blow for Kagutsuchi. Because he was a prince.
Kagutsuchi stayed silent, and Luna started to back out of the clearing. Kagutsuchi heard her, and ran towards Luna. No, dont leave. I just need some time. To forget them. To forget my family. The unsaid words hung in the air between them.
Suddenly, he laughed. Luna bristled, and he explained, Even though we lost our families, we got what we wanted.
Luna frowned. Got what? Disgrace? Freedom? A chance to be together?
Kagutsuchi finally grinned. Yes. That, and more.
And they finally left, happy and, most importantly, together.
