What kind of essences are they? Regular, Enhanced, or Mystical?

quitari essences in the broker are for 75k not 10 to 20k

Lowest prices for Bulbori and Nyte are 9k and 6k respectively atm, so I assumed at that price, they didn't sell well. Also, Qitari is in the broker for 13k atm.
