Hey,

I have been playing a few days now but so far no diamonds. How and when do you get diamonds?

You can only obtain diamond from purchasing them with real money or trading with other players who've purchased diamonds.

Yes, it should. We use PayPal's checkout which I believe allows pretty much every currency.
