Wes 'Hurricane' Jackson
Rei's right hand man and second of command of Salvation Silence.
No one's quite sure of his age, but many are all too sure of his brutality and solemn, no-nonsense attitude.

He can control strong vortexes of razor sharp wind to decimate any who dare step in his way.

Shinha Police Force


Detective Ryuji DeHaro
A young detective in charge of the Special Investigations branch of the Shinha Police Department.
He's fairly personable and is well-natured to most.
